The kind friendly team were perfect.
Improved - the clinic with advice from physiotherapist etc, could be run more frequently. I was offered it after my course of radiotherapy was over.

Usually the service in all department is excellent, however the blood room on the first floor insisted that I come to the outpatients reception so that a phone call could be made to Andrea Fernandez, in spite of no other patient waiting in the queue. Although I informed her that a call is usually made from their team, she refused to assist. It is now 8 minutes later and no one else has been called in as no one is waiting. My number was 77.
